The recipe is memorized easily and simply, but it is better to save it so that you do not lose it.
- flour – 4 tbsp;
- semolina – st.;
- kefir – st.;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sugar – st.;
- vanillin – packet;
- poppy seeds – 3-4 tbsp;
- lemon juice – tsp;
- baking soda – tsp;
- salt – 1/3 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml.
Preparation:
In a deep bowl, combine kefir and semolina. For a while we leave the preparation so that the semolina can swell. Enough 20-30 minutes.
In another bowl break two chicken eggs. Pour in the sugar. To whip, use a mixer. Achieve a lush state and combine the billet with swollen semolina.
Pour to the ingredients flour, as well as salt

Add three tablespoons of poppy seeds and mix the ingredients with a spoon
. Add one teaspoon of salt and a pinch of citric acid or lemon juice. It remains to mix and add vegetable oil.
Grease the baking mold with oil, pour the prepared mixture evenly.
