Casserole is usually called a dish that is prepared from products that have the consistency of mashed potatoes. Therefore, different types of cottage cheese are often used for casseroles.
This dish is quite simple, and even quick. Cook casserole can be prepared both, for example, in the oven, and in a frying pan. In addition, casserole was often called infusions of berries, fruits and vegetables.
These two casseroles can now be combined. Cook cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin.
Ingredients for cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin:
- cottage cheese – 400 g;
- pumpkin – 500 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sugar – 100 g;
- semolina – 60 g;
- milk – 80 ml;
- salt – a pinch;
- butter – 20 g.
Preparation of cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin:
Clean the pumpkin from the insides and rind, cut into small cubes. Pour milk into a bowl with semolina and let the mass swell for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl break eggs, pour sugar, salt and lightly beat with a mixer until lush

Add swollen semolina and lush eggs to the cottage cheese, mix the components with a mixer until homogeneous.
Add pumpkin to the cottage cheese mixture, mix

Grease a baking dish with butter, pour the cottage
cheese mixture into the dish, level the surface.
Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
