Ingredients for the dough:
- cottage cheese – 250 g;
- butter – 100 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sugar – 100 g;
- flour – 380 g;
- salt – 1/3 tsp;
- baking soda – ½ tsp;
- vanillin – a pinch.
Ingredients for the filling:
- apples – 400 g;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- cinnamon – a pinch.
Preparation of cottage cheese baking:
Break eggs into cottage cheese, add butter and sugar, mix thoroughly. Salt the mixture, add baking soda and vanillin, continue mixing. Pour
all the flour into the mixture at once, knead a soft and elastic dough

Leave the dough under cling film while we prepare the filling.
Remove the core from the apples and cut them into small cubes

Put the apples in a frying pan, add sugar and caramelize

Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and place the buns on it seam side down.
