Ingredients for cottage cheese rolls:
- Curd – 200 g;
- Vanilla – tsp;
- Butter – 80 g;
- Sugar – 4 tbsp;
- Baking powder – tsp;
- Flour – 200 g;
- Coconut shavings – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of cottage cheese rolls:
Knead cottage cheese, add vanilla and soft butter to it, mix.
Gradually sift flour and baking powder into the curd mixture and knead the dough

After pouring the last part of the flour into the curd, knead with your hands until soft and not sticky.
Leave the dough under cellophane for 10 minutes

In the meantime, cover a baking tray with parchment and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer 5 mm thick. Sprinkle the surface of the layer with sugar and coconut shavings.
Divide the layer into plates 3-4 cm thick and 6-7 cm long.
Twist the plates into rolls from the middle of the layer to the end.
Divide each roll lengthwise into two parts. Roll the rolled sides of the half rolls in sugar and place on a baking tray.
Bake the cookies in the oven for about 15 minutes.
You get soft sugar and crispy cookies. It will be a good analog to store-bought cookies.
