Ingredients for curd fritters:
- cottage cheese – 300 g;
- vegetable oil – tbsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- leavening agent – 10 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- flour – 250 g;
- dried garlic – ½ tsp;
- dried dill – 2 tbsp;
- cheese – 100 g.
Preparation of cottage cheese fritters:
Shred the cheese on medium grating cutters, add to the cottage cheese. Also to the cottage cheese product integrate eggs, salt, dry garlic and dill. Mix the components into a homogeneous mass.
Into the cottage cheese mixture sift flour with baking powder, knead a similar dough. Roll out the formed batter into a 5-7 mm thick layer.
