Bake yourself a fragrant pie with currants

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs;
  • Sugar – 200 g;
  • Salt – ⅓ tsp;
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g;
  • Milk – 80 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 60 g;
  • Flour – 240 g;
  • Leavening agent – 7 g;
  • Currants – 300 g;
  • Sour cream – 200 g;
  • Powdered sugar – ⅓ tsp.

Preparation of the pie with currants:

Break eggs in a bowl, pour vanilla and classic sugar, salt and beat with a whisk until the grains of sand are dissolved.

Pour

the milk and vegetable oil into the egg mixture and stir.

Pour the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture and knead into a thick, lump-free dough. Pour the starch to the currants, mix.

Pour the berries into the batter, mix gently with a silicone spatula and pour into the mold. In advance, grease the baking mold with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Pre-mix sour cream with powdered sugar, pour it on the hot pie and send it to a still hot oven for 10 minutes. The heat is already required to be turned off.
