Ingredients for custard with condensed milk:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sugar – 50 g;
- vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- starch – 1 tbsp;
- milk – 200 ml;
- butter – 150 g;
- condensed milk – 180 g.
Preparation of custard with condensed milk:
Break eggs into a saucepan, pour vanilla and classic sugar, beat with a whisk until the grains of sand dissolve. Pour starch into the mixture, stir thoroughly.
On medium heat, start to cook the mixture, pour in milk. After the cream has thickened, you can remove it from the fire. It is important to constantly stir the mass to get rid of lumps.
Leave the mass under a towel and a lid until it cools down completely. Put condensed milk into the butter, beat with a mixer until homogeneous.
Add the egg mixture to the cream base in batches, beat until the egg mixture dissolves into the cream.
The resulting custard is dense and delicate.
