To avoid spending a lot of money on buying cutlets of dubious quality, it is worth preparing your own homemade and tasty.
Ingredients for homemade cutlets:
- minced meat – 500 g;
- milk – 250 ml;
- breadcrumbs – 5 tbsp. liters;
- onion – pcs.;
- salt – tsp;
- ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- flour – 100 g;
- vegetable oil – 100 ml;
- potatoes – 700 g;
- butter – 50 g.
Preparation of homemade cutlets:
After you make minced meat, we recommend that you immediately grind the onion and add it to the chopped meat. Pour 100 ml of milk to the mixture, pour breadcrumbs, salt and ground black pepper.
Through a press, crush a couple of garlic cloves, mix them into the mass of minced meat and spices

Mix all the components by hand until homogeneous and form small cutlets.
Wrap all the cutlets in flour, creating a small film on the surface. In hot vegetable oil fry the cutlets until golden.
Stew the cutlets on low heat under a lid for 10 minutes. At this time, combine the pre-cleaned and boiled potatoes with butter, grind them to a mashed state.
Pour milk to the mashed potatoes, add salt to taste and whip with a blender into a total mass.
