Mankind learned about cutlets relatively recently. That is, the dish appeared in French cuisine in the XVIII century. Much earlier than cutlets were created such dishes as pies, salads, cakes and even pizza
. However, it is cutlets that people now prepare on a regular basis. This is the favorite dinner of millions. Cooking cutlets does not take a lot of time, in addition, they are obtained from a small number of ingredients.
Create cutlets can be created not only from minced meat. There are recipes for vegetarian cutlets either from soy, or from vegetables and cereals.
We want to tell you about meat cutlets, which are created from just a couple of components.
Ingredients for cutlets:
- minced meat – 500 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- potatoes – 250 g.
Preparation of cutlets:
Potatoes are peeled and shredded on small grater sharps. The formed liquid from under the potatoes should be removed.
Do not forget to salt the meat mixture,
and
if desired, add spices and chopped herbs – parsley, dill and green onion.
Form the meat mixture into cutlets, put them on a frying pan with hot sunflower oil
.
Fry the meat product on each side until golden crust.
Stuffing for these cutlets is recommended to take from a mixture of beef and pork. Chicken meat will make the dish more dietary and less nourishing.
