Ingredients:
- boiled beets – 2 pcs;
- onion – 1 pc;

- green peas – 180 g;

- Adygean salt – 2 tsp;
- apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp;
- grainy mustard – 1 tsp.
Preparation of Danish salad:
We slice the onion in half-rings and place it in a bowl with boiling water. Cleaned cooked beets cut into small cubes, as well as cleaned herring
. Drain water from the onion and put it with herring and beets in a salad bowl. Mix separately Adygean salt with apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil and mustard.
