Many people prefer to eat meat products rather than fish products. People reinforce their love for meat by the fact that they do not see the benefits in fish fillets. However, it cannot be said that fish is a product that is not valuable to humans.

Ingredients for baked pollock:

Grate Parmesan, sprinkle

potato bars.
Bake the potatoes at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
The result is an excellent dish of baked pollock and potatoes. This combination is very winning and hearty.
