Cake “Enchantress” is a temptation for all sweet tooths, which has not only a great taste, but also an exquisite appearance. This dessert is one of those sweet masterpieces that can turn any celebration into a real culinary extravaganza.

The combination of soft sponge cake crusts, rich cream makes “Charodeika” a favorite choice for both festive occasions and cozy home sit-downs.

Let’s tell you how to prepare the cake “Charodeika”.

Ingredients for sponge cake:

  • eggs – 5 pcs;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • vegetable oil – 40 g;
  • milk – 40 ml;
  • flour – 120 g;
  • leavening agent – 1 tsp.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • sour cream 20% – 600 g;
  • condensed milk – 300 g;
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp.

Preparation of the cake “Charodeika”:

Beat with a mixer eggs with salt until white, and then pour sugar and continue to beat for 6 minutes. Pour the vegetable oil and milk into the mixture, continue beating until the products are combined.

Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead the dough with a spatula, moving from bottom to top. Cover a

baking

tray with parchment, lay the dough on it.

Bake the crust at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, and then let it cool slightly. For the cream, whisk sour cream with condensed milk and lemon juice.

Divide the cake into 3 smaller crusts and smear each with cream, assemble the cake. Grease the sides and top of the cake with cream.
