Cakes are a classic dessert that is served at a celebration. Cakes are mostly made by confectioners. However, in the USSR, an author’s cake was a great luxury. For this reason, cakes were either made independently or bought in confectionery stores.
To have their own production of cakes any person could not. Therefore, the only way to realize himself as a confectioner was a confectionery factory. Unfortunately, at such factories cakes were prepared according to GOSTa. It
was impossible to make something individual.
Now confectioners have more room for creativity. Different types of cakes and their decorations have appeared.
If you do not want to trust the cake to the confectioner, create a masterpiece yourself.
Ingredients for the cake:
- sugar – 200 g;
- kefir – 200 g;
- flour – 200 g;
- cocoa – 2 tbsp;
- egg – pcs;
- baking soda – tsp;
- vegetable oil – 40 ml;
- boiled condensed milk – 300 g;
- sour cream – 400 g.
Preparation of the cake:
Combine the egg with granulated sugar, whisk until the grains of sand dissolve. Pour into the mixture of kefir, vegetable oil, stir.
Pour into the mixture of baking soda, continue to mix the components. Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead a thick dough.
Pour the dough into a baking mold with a diameter of 20-22 cm.
Bake the biscuit at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
Take the biscuit out of the mold, cut off the convex top.
Divide the biscuit into 3 identical cakes

To prepare the cream, whip sour cream with a mixer with boiled condensed milk.
Smear each cake with cream, assemble the cake.
Cover the sides and top of the cake with cream.
Crumble the rest of the biscuit with your hands into crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs over the sides and top of the cake.
It remains only to put the cake for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator, or better overnight. You get a perfect homemade cake for tea.
