For thousands of years, mandarins have been cultivated in their homeland of Cochinchina and China. There, this fruit was available mainly to the wealthy. If the Chinese gave someone two tangerines for the New Year, they wished them prosperity.

Now tangerines are available in Morocco, Algeria, Turkey, Egypt, Spain, Abkhazia, as well as South Korea, Japan and other countries. Buying them at the store is not a problem. So why not start using this wonderful product for home baking. Here is such a pie we can offer you using the ingredient.

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 tangerines;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 120 gr flour;
  • 1 teaspoon of leavening agent;
  • 80g butter;
  • 90g sugar;
  • 10 gr vanilla sugar;
  • Salt.

Preparation of tangerine pie:
