Muffin is a fashionable name, which most often means a sugary sweet muffin. It is baked either very large or small. The name and concept of cooking muffins was invented in America. Muffins
became popular thanks to family fast food chains.
One of the characteristic features of the muffin is also considered to be a variety of different fillings in the composition.
Let’s prepare homemade muffins

Ingredients for berry muffins:
- butter – 125 g;
- sugar – 120 g;
- flour – 200 g;
- leavening agent – 1.5 tsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sour cream – 70 ml;
- vanilla sugar – 2 tsp;
- berries – 150 g.
Preparation of berry muffins:
Thoroughly beat soft butter, into which then pour vanilla and classic sugar. Dissolve the sugar in the butter, add eggs one by one.
Thoroughly beat all components with a mixer until homogeneous. Combine flour and baking powder, sift in parts into the cream mixture.
Mix the flour with the cream mixture with a spatula, carefully add s

cream to the dough, mix with a spatula.
To the resulting dough pour berries

Spread
the dough into muffin molds, trying to fill only ⅔ of the molds.
Sprinkle the tops of the muffins with granulated sugar.
Bake the muffins at 175 degrees for up to half an hour.
Remember to leave the muffins to cool in the mold for 10 minutes. After that you can remove the American muffins and enjoy baking.
