Why have salads managed to become so popular with people? A big role is played by a quick cooking process, as well as the versatility of the dish. There are simple salads for every day. For their preparation, you do not need to search and spend on exotic ingredients.

Ingredients for coleslaw:
- cabbage – kg;
- salt – ½ tsp.
- carrots – pcs;
- vegetable oil – 100 g;
- onion – pcs.;
- ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
- cucumbers – 3 pcs;
- citric acid – ½ tsp;
- parsley – a bunch.
Preparation of coleslaw:
Finely chop cabbage, lay it out in a deep bowl. Cut half-ringed onion, thin quarters cut cucumbers. Chop carrots on a coarse grater, mix the vegetables in a bowl with cabbage.
Shinkuem parsley, pour together with ground black pepper into the salad. Salt the mixture, sprinkle with citric acid and vegetable oil, mix by hand. We recommend wearing gloves to mix the ingredients in the salad.
Instead of citric acid, we recommend using lemon juice for the salad. You can also use cilantro and dill as herbs for the dish.
