Cookies are a tasty treat that are always nice to eat with tea or milk. There are thousands of recipes, among which there are both complex and simple.
Our today’s version of cooking cookies is so simple that it will be suitable even for beginners. From simple ingredients we will make crumbly cookies in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- butter – 120 g;
- sugar – 120 g;
- flour – 200 g;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- egg – pcs;
- salt – pinch;
- vanillin – a pinch;
- chocolate drops – 100 g.
Cookie preparation:
For preparation, we take a deep mixing bowl. Put room temperature butter in it. Pour in salt, vanillin and sugar. Rub all the ingredients with a fork. You should get a homogeneous white mass. Next, beat a hen’s egg, stir with a whisk until homogeneous.
In a separate bowl, mix flour and leavening agent. Combine both preparations together. We get a dough. Add the heat-stable chocolate drops. Stir
to form cookies and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Place small-sized pieces at a distance, because after cooking the products will increase in size.
Send to an oven heated to 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
