Ingredients for cheesecakes:
- 9% cottage cheese – 250 g;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- egg – 1 pc;
- salt – a pinch;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- flour – 80 g;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- semolina – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of cheesecakes:
In the bowl of a blender put cottage cheese, granulated sugar and egg, beat until homogeneous. Transfer the cottage cheese mixture into a bowl, pour in the same baking powder and flour, knead the dough
. Do not forget to salt the dough,

it to the state of elastic and not sticky lump

Sprinkle the table with semolina, roll out the dough into a not particularly thick sausage.
