Desserts have long remained a concise ending to any festive table. Cakes have become a mauveton, which will not always be appropriate at the holiday. Therefore, many people began to favor beautiful and exquisite desserts more often.
However, it is becoming quite difficult to find a beautiful dessert on the shelves of stores. During transportation, cakes and pastries lose their presentable appearance. In addition, the compositions of many factory desserts leave much to be desired. For this reason, it is better to create desserts for the holiday with your own hands. It is not as difficult as it may seem at first glance. Let’s prepare a simple berry dessert for tea.
Ingredients of dough for berry dessert:
- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Flour – 180 g;
- Milk – 400 ml;
- Butter – 30 g.
Ingredients for the cream:
- Cream cheese – 350 g;
- Powdered sugar – 100 g;
- Cream 33% – 200 ml;
- Berries.
Preparation of berry dessert:
Beat in a bowl eggs with salt and granulated sugar. Pour 200 ml of milk into the mixture, stir. Pour the flour into the mixture and knead into a smooth, liquid dough without lumps.
Pour the rest of the milk into the dough and mix again. Melt the butter and pour it into the batter.
Pour the batter onto a 20×33 cm baking tray lined with parchment.
Bake the biscuits at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Then let the biscuits cool slightly, cover with parchment and a lattice. Remove the biscuit from the tray, remove the bottom parchment and let cool completely.
For the cream, mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar and cream with a mixer. Cover the top of the biscuit with cream, spread the berries on the surface.
Roll the biscuit into a roll, wrap tightly in parchment for a few minutes.
It remains to divide the roll into a couple of pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
You can also cover this roll with grated chocolate or make a glaze.
