One of the usual combinations is sausage with mashed potatoes. Such a dish is quite simple and quick to prepare, but, unfortunately, such a serving can not be called original.
What is the solution? Let’s try to cook a sausage in a potato coat. This is no less delicious, but more non-standard.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes;
- 10 sausages;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 30 gr parsley;
- 30 ml of vegetable oil;
- breadcrumbs;
- Salt.
Preparation:
Peel and boil potatoes, add salt. Then turn the potatoes into mashed potatoes. Using a knife, chop parsley finely.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater to the rest of the ingredients.
On a saucer break two chicken eggs, mix the yolk with the white with a fork. On another

pour breadcrumbs.
From the mashed potatoes form a flatbread and put a sausage in the center. Then wrap into a roll so that the sausage is inside.
