As a rule, these are cheesecakes and jellies. However, sometimes there are desserts more striking and delicious. It is worth telling about one of such cottage cheese desserts.
Ingredients for cottage cheese dessert:
- cottage cheese – 600 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- sugar – 130 g;
- sour cream – 200 g;
- milk – 200 ml;
- semolina – 60 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- vanillin – 8 g;
- cherries – 120 g;
- pistachios – 30 g.
Preparation of cottage cheese dessert:
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla, salt, semolina. Add sour cream to the mixture, beat the eggs, pour in the milk.
Using an immersion blender, whip the curd mixture to a creamy consistency. Grease a 24×11 cm mold with butter and sprinkle lightly with flour.
Pour the dough into the mold, place the cherries on the surface and
sprinkle the top of the dessert with pistachio crumbs
.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
Leave the dessert to cool for about half an hour.
Instead of cherries and pistachios you can use other fruits, berries and nuts.
