Beet salads are known all over the world. The fact is that this is an ancient dish that appeared in Greece at the dawn of time. Then beets, unfortunately, were not added to salads. This unique vegetable was used as a medicine. Many believed that beets can not be combined with meat, fish and other vegetables.

Ingredients for beet salad:
- baked beets – pcs;
- chicken fillet – 100 g;
- mustard in grains – tsp;
- vegetable oil – tbsp;
- pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs;
- dill – a bunch;
- onion – ½ pcs.
Preparation of beet salad:
Baked beets are peeled and cut into small cubes. Similarly cut pickled cucumbers, combine in a bowl with beets.
