Pita rolls with stuffing is a dish that is perfect for any occasion, be it a family dinner, a party with friends or a festive feast. Moreover, it is a space for culinary fantasies and experiments with different fillings and ingredients.

We will tell you about our variant of cooking an appetizing roll. In the preparation we will use cheese, crab sticks and eggs.

Ingredients:

  • pita – 2 pcs;
  • eggs – 4 pcs;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • crab sticks – 200 g;
  • mayonnaise – 100 g;
  • parsley – a bundle;
  • garlic – 3 cloves.

Preparation:

Boil hard-boiled eggs, rub them on a coarse grater. For cheese and crab sticks also use a coarse grater.

To prepare the sauce, add finely chopped herbs to the mayonnaise. Press the garlic through the press and combine with the rest of the sauce. Mix thoroughly.
