Ingredients for the cake:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sugar – 100 g;
- vanilla sugar – 5 g;
- milk – 100 ml;
- vegetable oil – 70 ml;
- flour – 160 g;
- leavening agent – 7 g.
Cake preparation:
In a bowl with eggs pour granulated sugar and vanilla sugar, beat until the grains of sand are dissolved. Pour milk and vegetable oil into the egg mixture, mix.
Combine flour and baking powder, sift into the bowl with the egg mixture, knead a thick dough.
Cover the baking mold (22 cm in diameter) with parchment, pour the dough into it.
Bake the biscuit at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
After cooking you get a perfect biscuit, which you can simply sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Also with this biscuit you can make an interesting cake with custard or frosting.
