Ingredients for potato pizza:
- Potatoes – 500 g;
- Salt – 0,5 tsp;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Flour – 3 tbsp;
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- Ketchup – 1,5 tbsp;
- Cheese – 90 g;
- Sausage – 100 g;
- Tomato – pcs;
- Bulgarian pepper – pcs;
- Parsley – bundle.
Preparation of potato pizza:
Shred peeled potatoes on small grater teeth, combine with salt, egg and flour, mix. Heat vegetable oil in a
frying
pan, transfer the potato dough to the surface.
Spread the dough in an even layer on the bottom, fry on both sides until golden.
After the flatbread is turned over to the second side, smear the surface with ketchup.
Shred cheese on a coarse grater, cut thin circles of sausage, tomato and bell pepper.
Spread ½ of the cheese, sausage, tomato and pepper on the surface of the flatbread.
