Ingredients:
- Lavash – 1 sheet;
- Cottage cheese – 600 g;
- Hard cheese – 100 g;
- Herbs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Sour cream – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of cottage cheese pita rolls:
Grate cheese, put it to the cottage cheese. Shinkuem finely greens, for example, dill and add it to the cottage cheese along with one egg.
Put the filling on the pita sheet, spread it over the whole surface. Roll the pita into a roll with the filling inside.
Cut the roll into small portions and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
