Ingredients:
- Smoked pork ribs – 400 g;
- Sauerkraut – 150 g;
- Bulgur – 80 g;
- Potatoes – 1 pc;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Water – 2 liters;
- Salt – tsp;
- Dried basil – 1 tsp;
- Dried garlic – ½ tsp;
- Paprika – 1 tsp.
Preparation of soup with smoked ribs:
Chop finely peeled potatoes, onions, grate carrots on a coarse grater. In a saucepan bring water to a boil, send there washed bulgur and potatoes.
Under a lid cook bulgur and potatoes until ready. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry onions and carrots, add dried basil, dried garlic, salt, paprika.
