It is worth thanking the ancient Greeks for discovering a way of preparing salads to the whole world. Without this dish, it is now impossible to imagine restaurants and cafes.

In particular, the most popular salad that is constantly ordered in establishments is “Caesar”. The second place in consumption in restaurants share two salads – “Olivier” and “Herring under a fur coat”.

In addition to these always relevant dishes, there are other salads that we prepare for the holidays. However, nutritionists advise to eat salads not only in cafes and on celebrations. Make yourself simple salads before the main meal. This will help you lose weight and improve digestion. We will give a recipe for a budget and hearty salad for everyday life.

Ingredients for corn salad:

  • boiled eggs – 2 pcs;
  • lemon juice – 1.5 tablespoons;
  • cucumber – pcs;
  • salt – ⅓ tsp;
  • canned corn – 250 g;
  • sugar – ⅔ tsp;
  • green onions – 2 sprigs;
  • spicy mustard – ⅔ tsp;
  • dill – 2 sprigs;
  • milk – 75 ml;
  • vegetable oil – 150 ml.

Preparation of corn salad:

Cut hard-boiled eggs and cucumber into small cubes. Shinkuem sprigs of dill and green onion feathers. In a bowl combine eggs, cucumber, onion, dill and canned corn.

For homemade mayonnaise in a separate deep bowl mix vegetable oil and milk, whisk with an immersion blender for a few seconds. Add salt, sugar, spicy mustard and lemon juice to the mayonnaise, additionally whisk for a second.

Dress the salad with homemade mayonnaise, mix well
