Cheese has long conquered the inhabitants of the world with its unique aromas and flavors. In addition to the usual hard cheese, there is cheese with mold, mushrooms, melted and even smoked. The last type of cheese was especially loved by people from the U.S.S.R. The
point is that such cheese was convenient to use as an appetizer for a noisy men’s feast. But, with the shortage of ordinary cheese, housewives came up with the idea of adding smoked cheese also in dishes. In
addition to salads, smoked cheese was made with smoked cheese, for example, pasta.

Ingredients for smoked cheese spread:
- smoked sausage cheese – 150 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- carrots – 2 pcs;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
- mayonnaise – 1 tbsp;
- sour cream – 1 tbsp;
- salt – a pinch.
Preparation of smoked cheese spread:
Grate smoked cheese on a coarse grater, send it to a deep bowl. Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and rub similarly to the cheese on a coarse grater, add to the bowl.
Peeled carrots rub on small grater cutters, mix with eggs and cheese. Pass garlic cloves through a press into the mixture, salt and add ground black pepper. Fill
the dressing with sour cream and mayonnaise, mix thoroughly

To serve this spread, we recommend to lightly dry slices of baton on a frying pan in advance.
