Ingredients:
- canned tuna in its own juice – 200 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- avocado – 2 pcs;
- lemon juice – 1.5 tsp;
- salt – ¼ tsp;
- sour cream – 1 tbsp;
- bread.
Preparation of the tuna spread:
First, cut the bread into small pieces and fry in a skillet without vegetable oil. Drain the liquid from the tuna, knead the pieces with a fork.
Peel the avocado, put it to the tuna, knead to a puree. Cut finely boiled eggs into the mixture of tuna and avocado, salt.
Add sour cream to the mixture, mix thoroughly and spread on bread.
