The homeland of zucchini is considered to be northern Mexico, where only its seeds were eaten. This vegetable reached our country much later – in the 16th century. However, he was able to become a familiar product for most residents of the state. Today there is a huge number of recipes where zucchini is used.

We will tell you about a recipe in which zucchini and meat are well combined.

Ingredients for zucchini with meat:

  • zucchini – 900 g;
  • meat – 350 g;
  • onions – 2 pcs;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • sour cream – 110 g;
  • salt for meat stuffing – 1 tsp;
  • salt for zucchini – 2 pinches;
  • salt for the cream filling – 2 pinches;
  • dried garlic – 1 tsp;
  • C0 egg – 3 pcs;
  • ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp;
  • tomato paste – 2 tbsp.

Cooking zucchini with meat:

Prepare the meat: wash it, cut it into small pieces and put it through a meat grinder.
