Ingredients for zucchini pancakes:
- zucchini – 500 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- milk – 250 ml;
- flour – 220 g;
- sugar – 1 tsp;
- leavening agent – 10 g;
- green onions – 100 g;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of zucchini pancakes:
Shred zucchini on a coarse grater, sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon of salt and leave for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, break the eggs, add salt and beat.
Pour ⅔ of the milk to the egg mixture, continue mixing the components. Pour the flour, granulated sugar and baking powder into the mixture and knead the dough.
