For example, this is perfectly reflected in Asian culture. In Japan, desserts in the form of lush cream cakes were brought to Japan much more recently, in the xx century. However, after a short period of time, the entire Japanese culture became filled with viands from Europe. Cakes and jellies are constantly flashed in Anime and movies. It
is not to say that sweets should be removed from the culture of consumption. There are very tasty and healthy sweets, such as cottage cheese jelly.
Ingredients for cottage cheese jelly:
- cottage cheese – 800 g;
- water – 100 ml;
- canned pineapple – 580 g;
- gelatin – 30 g.
Preparation of cottage cheese jelly:
Bring cottage cheese to a homogeneous consistency using an immersion blender. In a separate container combine gelatin and water, mix the ingredients well.
When the gelatin hardens, you need to melt it in the microwave or on a water bath. While the gelatin in the water hardens, it is worth finely chopping canned pineapples, having separated them from the liquid in advance. The
liquid from under the pineapples mix with the cottage cheese mass, and then integrate the melted gelatin into the mixture. We complement the cottage cheese mass with pineapple pieces, move the mixture into the mold.
It is necessary to remove the dessert to the refrigerator for a couple of hours until completely thickened.
Thus, we have a delicious dessert of cottage cheese and pineapples.
Sweetness is very budgetary and does not require a lot of effort and time for preparation.
