Dough in “5 minutes”. Recipe for specialty pies: no yeast, interesting filling

Many people refuse to eat cabbage in their daily diet. However, this vegetable is one of the most useful.

Ingredients of the dough for cabbage patties:

  • cottage cheese – 250 g;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • flour – 300 g;
  • sour cream – 3 tbsp;
  • sugar – ½ tbsp;
  • baking soda – ½ tsp;
  • salt – tsp;
  • citric acid – ¼ tsp.

Filling ingredients:

  • cabbage – 600 g;
  • boiled eggs – 3 pcs;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • onion – pcs.

Preparation of cabbage pies:

To prepare the filling, you need to thinly shred cabbage, finely dice the onion. Similarly to the onion cut peeled eggs.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry until soft onions, then add cabbage. As soon as the cabbage becomes slightly golden, you can pour eggs. The

stuffing is salted, optionally put and melt a piece of butter in the cabbage mass. While the stuffing is cooling, you need to prepare the dough.

In a bowl put cottage cheese, eggs, salt and granulated sugar, mix the ingredients. Add sour cream to the cottage cheese mass, pour soda. Pour lemon juice into the mixture of soda and sour cream, mix all the ingredients again.

Sift flour into the curd mixture, knead a sticky and soft dough

To get rid of the stickiness of the dough, pour vegetable oil into the dough and form a lump.

The resulting lump should be covered with a container and left in the heat for 20 minutes. Then divide the dough into 12 equal parts. Knead each part with your hands, making thick tortillas.

Put a tablespoon of stuffing into the tortillas and seal the edges of the dough. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the patties seam side down.
