Ingredients for the dough:

  • milk – 250 ml;
  • sugar – 4 tbsp;
  • yeast – 11 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • butter – 90 g;
  • salt – ⅔ tsp;
  • flour – 600 g.

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • cottage cheese – 200 g;
  • egg – pcs;
  • egg white – pcs;
  • sugar – 3 tbsp;
  • vanillin;
  • sour cream – 3 tbsp;
  • semolina – tbsp.

Preparation of cottage cheese patties:

In a bowl with warm milk pour sugar and yeast, stir until the grains of sand dissolve. Break eggs into the milk.

Melt butter, pour into the milk and stir.
