Cakes at the celebration are expected by everyone, both children and adults. The fact is that people associate cake with celebration, and joy and happy moments in life.

Ingredients for cake with jam:
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- sugar – 120 g;
- milk – 100 g;
- vegetable oil – 90 g;
- flour – 220 g;
- yeast – 16 g;
- lemon – pcs;
- currant jam;
- apricot jam.
Preparation of the cake with jam:
In a bowl combine eggs with granulated sugar, beat with a mixer until white foam appears.
After all the

vegetable oil into the mixture

While beating the egg mixture with a mixer, sift the flour into it.
Once all the flour is incorporated into the mixture, add the yeast, knead the dough with the mixer.
Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater, add it to the dough, mix thoroughly with a spatula.
Pour
a drop of vegetable oil into the baking mold (diameter 22 cm), grease the surface and the parchment on the bottom.
Pour ⅓ of the dough into the mold, spread it on the surface. Bake the cake layer at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Then smear the cake with currant jam.
Pour ½ of the remaining dough on the jam layer, bake in the same way.
On the second crust put apricot jam, pour the rest of the dough.
Bake the last cake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
You get a cake of three layers, with several types of filling.
Before baking the last layer, you can put almond crumble on the surface, and after cooking sprinkle with sugar crumble.
