Ingredients for the dough:
- Flour – 300 g;
- Sugar – 50 g;
- Butter – 120 g;
- Sour cream – 150 g;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Leavening agent – 1 tsp.

- Sugar – 50 g;
- Vanilla sugar;
- semolina – 3 tbsp;
- Protein – 1 pc.
Preparation of cookies with cottage cheese:
Sift flour, mix with sugar, salt and baking powder, add cold butter to the mixture. Grind the butter and flour into a creamy crumb.
Break the egg into the crumb, add the sour cream and knead into a non-sticky dough to form a ball. It is important to knead the dough quickly so that the butter does not melt from the heat of your hands.
