Ingredients:

  • Onion – 2 pcs;
  • carrots – pcs;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • potatoes – 2 pcs;
  • cabbage – 150 g;
  • salt – 1 tbsp;
  • black pepper – ½ tsp;
  • vegetable seasoning – 1 tsp;
  • bay leaf – pcs;
  • rice – 4 tbsp;
  • frozen vegetables – 300 g;
  • water – 1.7 liters
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.

Preparation of vegetable soup:

Cut a small diced onion and fry it for a couple of minutes in a saucepan with a small amount of oil. Cut carrots finely, put them in the onion, put garlic cloves through the press.

Fry the vegetables for 2 minutes, stir. Cut peeled potatoes into small cubes, add to onions and carrots. Shinkuem finely cabbage, put to the vegetables in the pot.
