Beet salad is a dish that is made from cooked beets and other ingredients. Beets have many health benefits and contain vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Ingredients:
- Beets – 1 pc;
- Carrots – 2 pcs;
- Cheese – 80 g;
- Garlic – 1 clove;
- Parsley – a few sprigs;
Ingredients for homemade mayonnaise:
- Milk – 100 ml;
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp;
- Vegetable oil – 200 ml;
- Mustard – 1 tsp;
- Salt – 1/2 tsp;
- Sugar – 1 tsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Boil or bake to readiness beets and carrots, peel the vegetables and grate them on a coarse grater in one bowl. Similarly grate the cheese and lay out to the vegetables.
Shinchuem parsley, add to the salad along with a clove of garlic, run through a press. For mayonnaise, pour milk and vegetable oil into a jar, whisk with an immersion blender for 20 seconds.
Add lemon juice, salt, sugar and mustard to the mixture, continue to whisk until thickened. Add a couple of spoonfuls of mayonnaise to the salad, stir.
