What can be prepared from tuna? For example, a simple salad, which will come in handy even on a holiday.
Ingredients for tuna salad:
- boiled potatoes – 2 pcs;
- canned tuna – 250 g;
- green onions – a bundle;
- cheese – 150 g;
- boiled carrots – 2 pcs;
- boiled eggs – 5 pcs;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation of tuna salad:
Peel and grate potatoes on a coarse grater, lay out the first layer in the cooking ring. Lubricate the potato layer with mayonnaise
. Drain excess oil from canned tuna, slightly knead the pieces with a fork and place on the potato layer. Shred green onions and put them on the layer of tuna.
Smear the layer of onions and fish with mayonnaise. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, put it on the next layer.
Form a mesh of mayonnaise. Peel carrots, shred them on a fine grater and put them on the cheese layer.
