Ingredients:
- meat – 850 g;
- fat – 150 g;
- sweet pepper – 200 g;
- onion – 200 g;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- rice – 100 g;
- salt – 1.5 tsp;
- ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- coriander – 1/2 tsp.
Ingredients for gravy:
- carrots – 1 pc;
- onion – 1 pc;
- tomato paste – 2 tbsp;
- salt – 1/2 tsp;
- ground black pepper – 1 pinch;
- zira – 1/2 tsp;
- water – 500 ml;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
Preparation:
Pass the meat through a meat grinder, add fat, onion. Peel sweet pepper and grind it in a meat grinder, pour washed rice into the mixture.
