Pies have become an asset in the culinary culture of a number of countries. Mostly baked goods were and still are popular with the inhabitants of Europe and our country. The fact is that pies with different fillings were a hearty and caloric dinner and lunch. It helped peasants to satiate themselves and get energy for further affairs.

This suggests that baking appeared in the Eastern and Western Slavs a very long time ago.
We want to tell you about the recipe for traditional apple buns, which can be prepared in 10 minutes.
Ingredients for apple buns:
- egg – pcs;
- flour – 360 g;
- vegetable oil – 30 ml;
- apple – pcs;
- sour cream – 200 ml;
- milk – 50 ml;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- sugar – 60 g;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Ingredients for sprinkles:
- sugar – 3 tbsp;
- cinnamon – tsp.
Preparation of apple buns:
Combine the egg with vegetable oil, add sour cream and mix thoroughly.

into the mixture of sour cream and egg

Pour milk into the mixture of sour cream and egg, stir the ingredients until the grains of sand dissolve. Peel the apple from the peel and core, cut into thin slices
. Transfer the apple pieces into a bowl with the sour cream and egg mixture. Sift flour into the same bowl and knead a viscous and sticky dough.
Sprinkle the table with flour and spoon the dough onto it. Roll the dough in flour and form patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the patties on medium heat on both sides until golden.
Mix sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling, roll hot patties in this mixture.
If a lot of oil drips off the patties, put them on a paper towel. This way the towel will absorb the excess fat and the patties will become less oily.
