Ingredients for stewed fish:

- oregano pepper – 5 pcs;

- butter – 20 g;
- onion – pcs.;
- carrots – pcs;
- flour – tbsp;
- sour cream – 200 ml.
Preparation of stewed fish:
In a saucepan pour 500 ml of water, pour salt, add oregano and black pepper peas, bay leaf. Clean the fish from fins, skin and innards, cut into small pieces.
Put the fish in water, cook under a lid over medium heat for 5 minutes. At this time, heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, melt butter
. Cut onions into small cubes, fry in a frying pan until soft. Grate carrots, add to onions, fry.
Take the fish out of the broth.
Pour flour into the pan with vegetable mass, stir. In the vegetable mass add sour cream, pour 300 ml of broth, bring to a boil.
Cooled fish get rid of bones, divide into small pieces.
