There is a legend in which Indian women received zucchini from the gods. Their fishermen husbands were often away fishing, and the girls stayed on the banks and waited. One day they asked for a vegetable as tasty as fish, the color of the sea in the moonlight and with a tough skin like a turtle shell.
In modern cooking this vegetable is often used, because it is very tasty, if you cook it properly and season it with spices.

Ingredients for cooking zucchini
- Zucchini – 5 pieces;
- Garlic – 15-20 gr;
- Hard cheese – 250 gr;
- Sour cream – 300 gr;
- Mayonnaise – 200 gr;
- Ground coriander – 0.5 tsp;
- Chmeli-suneli – 1 tsp;
- Utskho-suneli (blue fenugreek) – 0.5 tsp;
- Ground hot pepper – to taste;
- Imereti saffron or turmeric – 1/3 tsp.
- Vegetable oil.
Preparation of zucchini:
Wash zucchini, then cut them into thin circles 1 cm thick. We send them to a deep container, salt and mix.

It is best to take suluguni. We transfer it to a separate bowl.
Add the pressed garlic, as well as low-fat sour cream 18%. Then add mayonnaise, it will give the zucchini the necessary flavor.
Now pour in spices, such as ground coriander, hmeli-suneli, utskho-suneli, hot pepper and Imereti saffron or turmeric. If you don’t have some of the ingredients, increase the amount of hops and be sure to put turmeric.
Stir the mixture until you get a homogeneous sauce.
Squeeze the salted zucchini to
get
out excess moisture. Now add a little oil. Fry in a frying pan on both sides.
Put them on a paper towel to cool down. Spread
the sauce on the bottom of the baking mold. Then make a layer of zucchini.
On the last layer of zucchini overlap the circles. Cover with sauce.
Send to the oven heated to 180 degrees for fifteen minutes.
