Ingredients for apple pie:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sour cream – 150 g;
- salt – ⅓ tsp;
- flour – 160 g;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 80 g;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- apples – 3 pcs;
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of apple pie:
In a bowl, mix eggs with sour cream, combine flour with baking powder and sugar. Sift the flour with the rest of the ingredients into the mixture of eggs and sour cream, mix.
Pour vegetable oil into the dough, mix.
Remove the apples from the seed pods, chop them on a fine grater. Pour
lemon juice over the apple mixture.
Add salt to the dough, mix. Place ½ of the dough in the baking mold, put the apple mixture on the surface.
