Salads have always been a very important dish on the holiday table. It is one of the easiest ways to prepare an appetizer. Moreover, in the past, salads were prepared even simpler. Literally for a dish in ancient Greece required greens and onions.
After some time, salads began to improve, that is, to add different ingredients. At first, olive oil and salt were used, then vegetables and mushrooms. Eventually, salads began to be prepared with meat and fish. Now without vegetables, cheese, meat and fish salads are hard to imagine.
Let’s prepare a budget salad for the holiday table.
Ingredients for the salad:
- Boiled fillet – 200 g;
- Fresh cucumber – 2 pcs;
- Pickled cucumber – 1 pc;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Parsley – 20 g;
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp;
- Black pepper – a pinch;
- Salt – 1/2 tsp;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Vegetable oil – 22 ml.
Preparation of the salad:
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Fry 4 thin egg pancakes in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Cut quarter onions into rings and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Roll the egg pancakes into a roll and cut into thin straws. Cut
the boiled fillet into fibers, put it in a bowl with the egg straws

Add fried onions to the salad along with chopped parsley
. Cut pickled and fresh cucumbers into cross bars and put them in the salad. Salt the salad, sprinkle with black pepper and dress with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly.
You get a simple budget salad with chicken fillet. It can become a good appetizer for the holiday.
