Ingredients:
- boiled potatoes – 4 pcs;
- onion – 1 pc;
- boiled chicken breast – 1 piece;
- boiled eggs – 6 pcs;
- pickled cucumber – 2 pieces;
- hard cheese – 200 g;
- French mustard – 2 tbsp;
- mayonnaise – 200 g;
- vinegar – 3 tbsp;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- water – 100 ml.
Preparation of salad “Princess”:
Dice small onions, mix with salt, sugar, vinegar and hot water, leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Chop chicken breast finely and mix with a couple of spoonfuls of mayonnaise
. Grate boiled potatoes on a coarse grater. Lay out the first layer of potatoes, smear the layer with mayonnaise and mustard.
