Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs – 6 pcs;
- onion – pcs;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- salt – tsp;
- black pepper – ½ tsp;
- paprika – 2 tsp;
- Provencal herbs – tsp;
- kefir – 250 ml;
- potatoes – 5 pcs.
Preparation of baked chicken thighs:
Chop finely onion and mix with chicken thighs in one bowl. Pour salt, black pepper, paprika and provan herbs in the same
bowl
. Press garlic cloves through the press, knead the onion in the spices with your hands and mix it with chicken thighs.
Pour kefir to the thighs and continue to stir the marinade components by hand.
Leave the thighs to marinate under a lid for 1 hour. Cut the peeled potatoes into slices. Remove the marinated thighs from the marinade and roll the potatoes in it.
Place the potatoes in the marinade in a baking dish. Put the chicken thighs on the potato pillow.
Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
