Ingredients:
- Chicken ham – 1 pc;
- Mushrooms – 70 g;
- Onions – 70 g;
- Cheese – 20 g;
- Garlic – a clove;
- Salt – ¼ tsp;
- Bell pepper – 15 g.
Cooking chicken thigh:
Separate the chicken meat from the bone and tendons, lay the fillet between the food films and lightly beat it with a hammer. Then sprinkle the chicken meat with salt, pepper, rub a clove of garlic on it. Chop
mushrooms and onions finely, fry onions in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Then add the mushrooms and fry until the moisture evaporates.
Put the stuffing on the meat, not reaching the opposite edge. Grate cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it on top of the stuffing. Cut bell pepper
into
slices and place them closer to the edge.
Wrap the stuffing into a roll and tie it with a harness

Put the roll on a tray greased with vegetable oil and grease the top of the meat with vegetable oil.
Pour a little water on the tray and bake the roll at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
