Ingredients for the salad:

  • sugar – 2 tbsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • apple cider vinegar – 4 tbsp;
  • water – 150 ml;
  • onions – pcs;
  • chicken fillet – pcs;
  • fresh cucumber – 2 pcs;
  • hard cheese – 150 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • mayonnaise – 4 tbsp;
  • green onions – a bunch.

Preparation of the salad:

Cut a small diced onion, mix with sugar and salt, pour in vinegar. Pour water over the onions and leave them to marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the chicken fillet boiled in salted water into small pieces. Peel cucumbers and cut into small cubes.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater, peel eggs. Cut hard-boiled eggs into small cubes. Shinkuem onion, mix with chicken fillet, cucumbers, cheese and eggs in one bowl.

Strain the onion, get rid of the marinade and also put it in the salad. Fill the dish with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
